No Cost-Benefit for Small Quantity Production<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Low volume production (typically less than 10,000 units for continuous press and less than 3,000 units for single-stroke press), is generally more costly due to initial tooling and setup cost, especially for parts that contain complex geometries. Our specialized deep drawing process does not prove to be cost effective for clients who require small quantity production. We pride ourselves on delivering the mass-produced components of highest quality with the lowest production cost.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Challenges in Controlling Surface Roughness with Deep Drawing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The deep drawing process is a form of plastic deformation where a permanent deformation of a solid body is formed under the action of a sustained force. During deep drawing, surface scratches can occur due to the relative contact between workpiece and equipment surfaces. We strive to minimize surface roughness by using correct tooling materials to prevent the roughness on deep drawing parts.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
