TOHRITSU specializes in the manufacturing of stainless-steel components via the deep drawing process. Deep drawing is a metal forming process in which a single plate is pressed to form into a hollow body, cup-like shape. It is a shape transformation process with material and defined-shape retention. Unlike metal stamping, deep drawing is used to fabricate parts that are deeper than what metal stamping can accommodate. Stainless steel, with its unique properties, is an excellent choice for making component parts that can withstand harsh environments. Deep draw process also allows stainless steel cylindrical components to be made more rigid and seamless. This process eliminates the need for rounding a plate into a cylinder and joining the end materials together. This results in parts that are superior in quality and durability. Generally, this technology is commonly used for fabricating the casing of common household batteries. TOHRITSU specializes in the manufacturing of solenoid valves. Solenoid valves have a wide range of applications and play an important role not only in electrical appliances used in homes and offices, but also in precision equipment used at the cutting edge of science, such as the biotechnology and aerospace industries. Solenoid valves are control units that regulate fluidity through electromagnetic actions. They either shut off or allow flow when electrically energized or de-energized.

Highly specialized equipment, such as artificial dialysis machines, require precision internal components to ensure life-saving operations. As with every component that we produce, we also manufacture precision-made pump parts for artificial dialysis machines that meets our 1/1000-millimeter tolerance challenge.
